(EIN 93-3117204), which entity is a nonprofit corporation existing under the laws of the State of Ohio. The Internal Revenue Service has classified SFI as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and further as an organization other than a foundation under Section 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, your contribution may be tax deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, whether made to the LLC or SFI in accordance with IRS Notice 2012-52.
